PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI DIGITAL TERHADAP MINAT PEMAKAIAN BCA SYARIAH MOBILE

Abstract

This research focuses on implementing the phenomenon of digitalisation development considering the high existence of the development of digital banking applications. This study aims to determine the influence of the use of Digital Applications on customer interest in using BCA Syariah Mobile at BCA KCU Tanjung Priok. The theory used in this study is S-O-R Theory and Uses and Effect Theory with the concept of application exposure, interest and mobile banking. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows software. The results of the study showed that it had a normal distribution. Based on the correlation test, a value of 0.742 was obtained, that the X and Y variables have a very strong relationship. The hypothesis test showed that the use of the Digital Application had a positive effect on the interest in using BCA Syariah Mobile among BCA KCU Tanjung Priok customers with a significance of 0.000 or < out of 0.05 based on the determination coefficient test of 55.1% interest in using BCA Syariah Mobile while the remaining 44.9% was influenced by other variables that were not the focus of the study.
