In this context, Islamic education is expected to play a role as a strategic instrument to bridge differences and strengthen social cohesion. This study aims to examine the role of Islamic education in supporting social integration in a multicultural society, as well as to identify factors that support and hinder the process. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis from a number of Islamic educational institutions operating in areas with high levels of diversity. The results of the study indicate that Islamic education based on the values of tolerance, inclusiveness, and collaboration is able to increase social awareness and mutual respect among students. The active involvement of parents and the practice of interfaith dialogue in the educational process have also been shown to contribute positively to strengthening social integration. These findings confirm that Islamic education has significant potential in shaping students' characters who are responsive to diversity, while strengthening intergroup relations in society. With a qualitative-descriptive research design, this study was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Assa'adah Ulujami which has adopted digital technology. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using a thematic analysis approach. The results of the study indicate that the integration of digital technology, such as an artificial intelligence-based Learning Management System (LMS), online collaboration tools, and gamification elements, can significantly improve the quality of learning. The adaptive approach allows personalization of materials based on student abilities, while the differential approach supports a variety of methods to meet diverse learning needs. The findings also revealed obstacles in the form of limited infrastructure and internet access, which are obstacles to the optimal implementation of this technology. This study concludes that digital technology-based learning strategies not only increase the effectiveness of learning but also strengthen the inclusiveness of education. Although it has been implemented in national education policies, the implementation of multicultural education on the ground still faces various challenges, such as limited resources and lack of teacher training. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting the effectiveness of multicultural education and uncover how it can be more optimally applied in Indonesian schools. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentary studies related to multicultural education. The research findings show that, while multicultural education has great potential to improve tolerance and cultural understanding, its implementation is still limited and not optimal in many schools. Several factors influencing this implementation include insufficient teacher training, lack of adequate resources, and policies that are not fully supportive. This research uses a descriptive qualitative literature study approach aimed at analyzing the role of the program in strengthening religious moderation in Indonesia, particularly amidst the challenges of globalization, societal pluralism, the rise of radicalism, and the increasing potential for religion-based conflicts. The findings of this research indicate that this program provides a better understanding of the principles of religious moderation and teaches preachers adaptive preaching methods to the local context. This certification also increases public trust in certified preachers. However, it was found that expectations did not match reality, namely, the minimal participation of preachers in this certification program, due to disagreements with the concept of moderation and group fanaticism. Similarly, there are challenges in the implementation of religious moderation, such as radicalization and extremism, which are threats to religious moderation, conflicts, and the role of moderation in balancing interfaith perspectives. Overall, this program plays a crucial role in building an inclusive and harmonious framework for preaching. Kamal Hassan</em><em> (1942-2023). It aims </em><em>to survey its thoughtful and lasting impact as reflected in the context of his inspiring moral, spiritual and religious ideal that influence intellectual tradition and meyaphysical consciousness and contemporary landscape of educational policy and practice in Malaysia. The philosophy and conceptual framework of Islamization of knowledge he developed was realized in the curriculum and policies of the International Islamic University Malaysia, whose structural formation and ideology was enshrined in the University’s constitution since its establishment in 1983. The study is based on qualitative method, in the form of literature review and documentary survey. The data were scientifically analyzed using descriptive, analytical, historical and synthesis framework to make an objective and acccurate finding. The finding shows that Prof. Kamal has made an important and influential impact in gearing the ideas of tawhidic worldview, through his inspiring works that planned and implemented the principle of Islamization of knowledge in Malaysia.
